PU-RX1 is a specially designed modified aliphatic catalyst for two-component (2K) polyurethane-based systems .
Its formulation provides great durability against chemical agents and UV rays , maintaining excellent leveling, adhesion and shine .
It allows for fast drying with adequate workability, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and decorative applications.

How to use
Mixed
- Add the PU-RX1 catalyst in the ratio indicated by the base system manufacturer (usually 2:1 or 4:1 ).
- Mix carefully until a homogeneous integration is achieved.
- Leave to stand for 2–3 minutes before applying.
Application
- Apply with a spray gun or roller depending on the type of coating.
- Pot life: 30–50 minutes depending on temperature and base used.
- Touch dry time: 10–15 minutes .

Security and storage
- 🔥 Flammable product: keep away from heat sources or sparks.
- Wear gloves, goggles, and an organic vapor mask .
- Do not inhale or allow contact with moisture (possible exothermic reaction).
- Handle in well-ventilated areas.
- Store in an airtight container , in a cool, dry place (5°C – 30°C).
- Shelf life: 12 months unopened.
